All things creative were on display during OCMA’s Art of Dining affair at the Montage Laguna Beach—a work of architectural prowess in itself. The gala kicked off with a reception in the courtyard, where Gina and Chris Radomski, Mike and Susan Etchandy, and other art enthusiasts admired the Cartier jewels that dripped off the night’s models. That was followed by the main event—a stunning meal prepared by Executive Chef Rob Wilson, who showed off his culinary know-how with filet carpaccio and salmon tartare, baby greens and coffee-crusted filet mignon, all paired with wine, natch. Guests also helped recognize Ferus Gallery Director Irving Blum for his impact on the art world and further celebrated the Orange County Museum of Art’s 50th anniversary by raising funds for the org’s programs, allowing the venue to showcase visual stunners for generations to come.
