Transformative Power

| January 26, 2012 | Parties

Change was in the air for those who came out for the O.C. United Way’s Tocqueville Society kickoff event, which began another year of giving for the members—to the tune of at least $10,000 annually. The backdrop: The Resort at Pelican Hill, where the org’s President and CEO Max Gardner shared his dream for the future. The night also served as the launch of the agency’s Emerging Tocqueville Leaders, a program aimed at helping local young professionals join United Way’s efforts to help people build self-sufficient lives.
