On Dec. 13, The Altman Brothers toasted to a successful 2023 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their new Orange County flagship office in Corona Del Mar.
Marking the completion of the exterior of the building, the event also included a presentation of membership from the Corona Del Mar Chamber of Commerce.
“This marks a thrilling chapter for us,” said The Altman Brothers. “Our commitment to delivering a relationship-driven, full-service real estate experience remains unwavering. We are excited to establish our Orange County base and contribute to the vibrant community of Corona Del Mar.”
Welcoming an elite group of friends, family, developers, vendors and high-profile members of the Corona Del Mar community, guests were treated to catering by neighbor Mama D’s, aerialist performances, photo ops, a walking oyster shucker and a full bar with specialty drinks like All Cash and The Closer.
Each luxe finishing touch was appropriate given the Altman Brothers also toasted to their latest achievement: a real estate portfolio exceeding $7.5 billion. Recent notable sales included esteemed properties like the $55 million Crystal Cove Chateau, $12.8 million 7 Collins Isle and $20 million 1201 Dolphin Terrace.
What’s more, with the full completion of the Orange County flagship office, The Altman Brothers cement their O.C. presence and see it as a community space of service to their new neighbors when the doors officially open to the public in March.
The office will also serve as another location for filming of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing LA, which captured the excitement of the celebration that day.
