Starting off this list is a Spanish classic made with tequila and wine. Refrigerate the wine for a day, and combine all the ingredients into a single pitcher. Garnish the cocktail with the strawberries and pineapple, but you can add lime slices and jalapeno for extra spice. Serve over ice for four to six friends.
A wonderful traditional cocktail for one. Stir all the ingredients together and pour into a glass over the rocks. If you ask for a garnish, try a lime slice.
Not sure if you need a translator for this cocktail with a kick, but for those looking for a spicy punch, this one’s for you. Grab a rocks glass and fill it with ice, then stir all the ingredients together. Garnish with more jalapeno and pineapple, if you so choose. We've also got a simple syrup recipe you can use.
One of the most famous tequila cocktails, this blackberry blend is easy to enjoy and fun to make. First place the blackberries, lime juice, and agave nectar in a mixing glass, then stir to muddled perfection. Add ice and tequila, and shake well. Strain over ice in a tall glass, and top the mix with the ginger beer and a splash of soda. Top with the lime wheel and blackberries, and enjoy!
No introduction necessary for this one. Put all these ingredients into a shaker and shake well, then strain into a traditional old-fashioned glass with ice. Garnish the drink with a lime wedge if you choose, and enjoy in the sunshine.
This fruit-filled fusion is a tropical delight that can brighten anyone’s day. Stick the lime juice, tequila, pineapple juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker, and use it well. Serve over ice in a traditional glass, and garnish with lime and pineapple. Enjoy!
A cocktail for the rockstar in all of us (see The Eagles, Keith Richards and more). Pour the orange juice and tequila over ice in a tall glass, and top with the Grenadine. Garnish with the cherries and orange slices, and enjoy with 70s ballads galore.
A Prohibition-era cocktail, the Chalino is unique from others on this list due to a lack of ginger beer, instead replacing it with a traditional French liqueur. Grab a cocktail shaker, and place the lime juice, lemon juice, white tequila, Chambord and simple syrup inside. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass, and garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy with passion and desire, old sport.
We saved this one for last, due to its lengthy process, but this is a worthy rival to the margarita. Made with extra salt and adding French chartreuse into the mix, this is a sophisticated mix for anyone to enjoy. Mix the mint, simple syrup, salt, and three of the cucumber slices into a cocktail shaker, and let sit for a minute or two. Add the tequila, chartreuse and lime juice, and top with ice. Shake the mix, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the rest of the cucumber, and enjoy your salty blend!
