A Tasteful Display

LAM radiated sophisticated style for Palette to Palate, an annual affair that routinely draws the crème de la crème of Orange County to experience the best in art and cuisine—and this year was no different. Studio chef Craig Strong cooked up a four-course meal of delights—culinary artistry that was heightened by the creations from the top talents who joined attendees at their tables. Guests, including Laura and Lou Rohl, and David and Deborah Lake, had the chance to tap into the minds of participating artists Ali Smith, James Verbicky and Jason Kowalski while they dined. Art aficionados also purchased the works they admired, bid on a luxe lineup of live auction items and, ultimately, helped the museum raise $150,000. Photos by Ann Chatillon
