The Riviera Chef’s Challenge at The Sports Club/L.A. in Irvine About a half-dozen of O.C.’s top culinary artists went fork-to-fork for Riviera’s Chef’s Challenge, a competition held poolside at The Sports Club/L.A. in Irvine. The judges: some 1,200 guests, who grazed on Angus short ribs with sweet corn compote from Crème de la Crème’s Mark Miskiewicz and Asian noodles from Kimera’s Paul Gstrein.
