Taste of Spectrum

| April 26, 2016 | Parties

Modern Luxury Orange County partnered with Irvine Spectrum Center to put on an event that highlighted four restaurants to promote Irvine Spectrum Center as Orange County’s greatest dining destination. Guests were taken in groups of 15-20 through a rotation tour of the first three restaurants, then everyone gathered together at the final restaurant for dessert. Brio Tuscan Grille served delicious lamb chops, crab cakes, meatballs and bruschetta as well as a refreshing peach sangria. Del Frisco's Grille set all the guests up at a long table to enjoy a three-course tasting of crab cakes, wild salmon and sliced porcini crusted steak with tasty wine pairings. Paul Martin's American Grill captured the guests’ attention with a live cooking demonstration of their famous Braised Short Ribs and brand new Warm Quinoa Bowl. All the guests ended up at CUCINA enoteca for a grand finale of artisan cheeses, seasonal fresh and dried fruit and house-made mostardos with a dessert of zeppole with nutella and strawberry jam and a specialty gin fizz cocktail. The guests were given gift bags courtesy of Irvine Spectrum Center and its restaurant partners and mingled at CUCINA enoteca for the rest of the evening.
