Tell us a little bit about each of the looks you styled from this season’s Joie collection.
One of my favorite outfits will always be a dress paired with leather boots. It keeps me feeling feminine and yet comfortable at the same time. The details on the Bastina dress are just beautiful.
My second look, the Prisha jumpsuit, took me by surprise. I fell in love with it the moment I put it on. It’s the perfect look for those days when you don’t have time to think about what you’re going to wear but you still want to look put together.
My third look, is something I would wear on a night out, the Inira sweater makes a statement while keeping you stylish. I paired it with the Ondra jacket and the Alinie mules to give this look a fun edge!
Look number four is a classic in my opinion. You can’t go wrong with a cozy sweater like the Bia paired with black denim and leather booties. The statement sleeves add an elegant touch to the look. Lastly, I styled the Braylee skirt with a cashmere sweater and kitten heel booties. This look is also a personal favorite, I find it easy to throw on a black coat over it and make it look so chic.
Any favorite pieces?
So hard to choose but if had to choose just one it would be the Ondra leather jacket! The fit and quality are amazing and the fact that goes with everything is a big plus. A nice twist to your standard black moto jacket.
How would you define own personal style?
Chic & comfortable. I feel the most confident when I’m wearing pieces that make me feel comfortable and I truly believe that a confident woman is always chic. I’m always drawn to pieces that are great quality and well cut.
Would you consider your Southern California wardrobe seasonless?
I grew up in Cancun, Mexico where all you want to wear year-round is beachwear and sandals given the humidity and hot weather therefore I actually really enjoy dressing for each season whenever I have the chance, even if temperatures only vary so much in Los Angeles. The beautiful thing about living in California is that you can have access to both, beach and mountains, hot and cold weather and as I like to say: swimwear and outerwear. I enjoy having both.
How would you describe the Joie woman?
She’s dedicated, passionate, elegant and is proud of who she is. She loves expressing herself through Fashion and knows how to have a good time!
