Share Our Selves’ Celebrity Chef Dinner plated a plentiful spread
near the sand and netted $184,000 along the way.


THE PARTY A splash of Stag’s Leap. A nibble of duck carnitas. A spread of uni butter to gild the lily. And a sweet finish of a Coconut Counterpoint—but more on that later, after we’ve dished out the details on Share Our Selves’ Celebrity Chef Dinner. THE GUESTS A Toast on the Coast was a fitting theme for the event’s new digs (Paséa Hotel & Spa), and 320-plus epicureans did their due diligence by sipping sweet nectar and sampling cuisine (from the likes of Eric Mickle—the gent who dreamed up that duck) during the oceanfront reception. In the ballroom, they indulged on Kevin Meyer and Mark Gagnon’s surf-and-turf combo, bid on a bottle of vino signed by beloved event co-founder Alan Greeley and honored Karen McGlinn for her 25 years as CEO. THE HIGHLIGHTS When all was said and done, $184,000 had been netted, and Rachel Klemek’s aforementioned dessert of toffee zest crunch, coconut buttermilk and plenty more brought much to cheer. -Kristen Schott
