Seeing Stars

| April 20, 2012 | Parties National

Twenty-five years of churning out top talent was celebrated at the Orange County High School of the Arts’ gala, and some 700 supporters, VIPs and celebrity alums gathered at the Hyatt Regency Irvine to party in silver style. The soirĂ©e featured a cocktail reception—complete with a signature Black and White Martini—sumptuous dinner, and live and silent auctions, but the main attraction was the performance. Guests like Sandra Hutchens, Susan Samueli, and Patti and Russell Stern were wowed by song, dance and everything in between from more than 200 students, and stars of the screen and stage Matthew Morrison, Susan Egan and Krysta Rodriguez—all products of the school’s arts conservatory programs. The evening helped raise more than $1 million for OCHSA, securing a future that’s just as bright as its past. Photos by Cheryl Walsh of Alt-Senior Photography and Eric Anderson
