Season's Seeing

| April 2, 2012 | Parties

Laguna Art Museum opened its doors to more than 600 guests for its Spring 2012 Opening Night Reception. The evening showcased the organization’s new exhibitions, Victor Hugo Zayas: Mi Obra and The Postwar Era: From the Collection, 1945-1980—and it afforded eager art aficionados the opportunity to view the installations before the general public while enjoying drinks and chatting with museum members and artists. The evening also delighted guests with appealing extras, such as a presentation recognizing Los Angeles-based Mexican-American artist Zayas for his new gun sculptures. Truly a visual feast.
