THE PARTY It was all about the powerhouse females featured in Modern Luxury Riviera Orange County’s Dynamic Women special section from the September 2021 issue as the inspiring subjects flocked to Laguna Beach. Held at Comedor, a new tapas restaurant at La Casa del Camino, the intimate gathering allowed the 24 Dynamic Women and their closest friends to enjoy a night of mingling, imbibing and celebrating. THE PEOPLEModern Luxury Riviera Orange County Group Publisher Chris Gialanella and Senior Associate Publisher Diana McBride, who created the special section 10 years ago, welcomed the lovely ladies, including Alicia Whitney, Teresa Walsh, Joni Rogers-Kante and Delphine Channels, among others. THE PINNACLE While guests enjoyed a spread of bites from Comedor, it was the unique opportunity to sample bourbon from Garrison Brothers Distillery, shop designer bags from Newport Beach’s LuxSecond Snob and browse fine jewelry from Levik’s Jewelers by the Cove that added something extra special to the night’s ambiance.
