THE PARTY It was a yacht party to remember as Modern Luxury Riviera Orange County teamed up with swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin to toast the brand’s 100th anniversary. President of Vacheron Constantin Americas Alexander Schmiedt joined attendees in boarding a spectacular Azimut Grande yacht from Alexander Marine USA in the idyllic Newport Harbor. Naturally, a Champagne toast kicked off the fabulous affair. THE PEOPLE Riviera Orange County Publisher Chris Gialanella and Senior Associate Publisher Diana McBride mingled with the intimate group of guests, from real estate powerhouses Adrienne Brandes and Garrett Weston to fashion ace Mark Pomerantz and Stark CEO Todd Vande Hei. THE PINNACLE Guests sipped a selection of Macallan Scotch whisky from a tasting bar while noshing on bites from Iron Catering Crew and Top Chef star Micah Fields. But it was the chance to browse Vacheron’s stunning timepieces with guidance from Schmiedt that anchored the waterfront fete.
