After a two-year COVID-induced hiatus, Orange County is celebrating a revival of the restaurant industry with the return of OC Restaurant Week from March 6-12 and the Masters VIP Party on March 5.
This week-long culinary affair exudes luxury from the second guests arrive at the first-ever Masters VIP Party from 2-5PM at Marriott Irvine Spectrum. Purchase tickets to this special event benefitting Golden Rule Charity and be welcomed with a red carpet, photographers and signature Carajillo cocktails by Licor 43. Once inside, guests will mingle in the Porsche lounge at the center of the ballroom and indulge in a curated collection of OC Restaurant Week menu samples and drinks.
The ambience is sure to please with decadent décor and over-the-top offerings set to the live music of acoustic guitarist Jabe Amato. Cocktails from Hornitos Tequila and martinis by Grey Goose are just a glimpse of what the drink menu entails, alongside an extensive selection of over 20 wines. Staying true to its local O.C. roots, the Dolce Picnic Experience is incorporating a fitting Boho Glam flair for all furnishings. In a high-tech twist, state-of-the-art Servi robots from Bear Robotics will be socializing with guests and serving charcuterie from Lover Boards OC.
The menu is all the rage with over 120 restaurants (including The Tea House on Los Rios, Descanso, Gracias Madre, Five Crowns, Puesto, Rancho Capistrano Winery and many more favorites) working to create one-of-a-kind culinary experiences for invitees. From Pub Thirty-Two’s pan seared salmon with spicy and sweet sauce over sautéed vegetables to Melissa’s Produce’s Pinkglow Pineapple and Coconut Bar, a plethora of offerings will be enjoyed by guests and captured by a live broadcast of Neil Saavedra’s The Fork Report. Another standout is Villa Roma’s chef Leo Razo, aka "the Paella Master," who will be serving his signature dish onsite along with homemade Chambord sangria and his famous empanadas.
