As we inch closer and closer to the end of the year, that could only mean one thing. Basketball season is just around the corner. For some that might mean saving up for courtside tickets, but Tommy Hilfiger just gave us new inspiration to rep our favorite teams.
The American fashion brand’s Tommy Jeans branch officially teamed with the National Basketball Association to launch streetwear inspired by the Stateside basketball community.

Since its 1985 inception, Tommy Hilfiger has always celebrated classic American style clothes but with modern twists. Tommy Jeans specializes in sportswear, denim, accessories and shoes, and this new capsule collection celebrates gender inclusivity and the power that basketball has to build communities and culture.
The line reflects the brand's street culture aesthetic with sweats, t-shirts, team patchwork jackets and team sweatshirts, repping everyone from the Chicago Bulls to the Los Angeles Lakers, the Miami Heat and New York Knicks, among others.
Whether you just want to represent one team or mix and match some of your favorite logos, the new collection lets you do it all in style. The items are laid back with relaxed fits, so the pieces are suitable for sitting courtside or hitting the streets. The collection also draws from the ongoing nostalgia around the ‘90s aesthetic.
It’s no surprise Hilfiger would get in on that trend. The brand helped shape the ‘90s look with major hits throughout the decade, and its continued line of high-profile collaborations keeps the Tommy Hilfiger family relevant.
Last year, Hilfiger teamed up with Indya Moore for an inclusive and gender-neutral line, and the brand launched a special music edition of its Revisited line that recreated famous ‘90s tour t-shirts. This year, Tommy Hilfiger partnered with Richard Quinn, and Tommy Jeans partnered with singer-songwriter Tems.
