O.C.’s top businessmen hit the catwalk and help raise $200,000-plus for the Sacred Heart retreat center.
The Sisters of the Society Devoted to the Sacred Heart have found a winning formula: Gather a group of the region’s most successful and dashing gents, dress them in the latest fashions, and invite the community to watch them strut their stuff while lunching at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. They’ve always packed the house, and this 33rd annual Gentlemen’s Haberdashery was no exception. A sold-out crowd filled the ballroom—460 guests, including the lovely Isabelle Villasenor, Diana Schindler and Trina Lamkin, the latter of whom emceed the event with Jeremy Laster. That who’s-who list of models? Count Antonello Ristorante’s Antonio Cagnolo (always dapper) among them, along with Grit Cycle’s Matt Bourne and Shea Homes’ Bob Yoder. They all played a role in raising the afternoon’s tally of $200,000-plus, so the sisters can continue to welcome the 14,000 children and families they serve each year at their Sacret Heart of Jesus Retreat Center. Truly blessed. -Photos by Eddie Perlas and Carla Rhea.
