Newport Beach’s premier jewelry brand, Lugano Diamonds, has taken over the former Canaletto Ristorante Veneto space at Fashion Island to debut its expanded salon. Designed by Robinson Hill Architecture, in collaboration with Lugano’s COO and co-founder, Idit Ferder, the 3,500-square-foot boutique offers the brand’s full range of bespoke baubles, from bracelets dripping in rubies and yellow diamonds to earrings awash in blue sapphires and verdant emeralds. CEO Moti Ferder and his wife, Idit, modeled the space after their own living room, creating an environment that’s both comfortable and sophisticated all at once. Stop by to peruse the brand’s signature collection or make an appointment to explore its high-jewelry selections in a one-on-one setting. The salon will also be a gathering place for luxury events for VIP clients and the community alike. Now, that’s shining bright. luganodiamonds.com; fashionisland.com
