Designer menswear-lovers, brace yourself… Louis Vuitton just opened a storefront at South Coast Plaza dedicated solely to its uber-popular men’s collections. The luxury boutique will carry leather goods, accessories, shoes, watches, fragrances, and, of course, their latest ready-to-wear collections. It’s a one-stop shop for the latest drops in the Louis-verse.
The new store has opened with the most sought-after LV accessories of the season in stock. Shoppers will find the Louis Vuitton Paint Can Bags, three colorways of the brand’s new sustainable sneakers, and Tambour watches. The drum-style watch is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Exotic leathers outfit the high-end men’s accessories, as well as on-trend colors and personalized engravings. The shop prides itself on carrying unique pieces.
A board game-inspired theme prevails throughout the space. Display windows are designed and inspired by classic board games, like backgammon.
“Befitting the playful design elements, the new store will showcase a variety of exclusive hard-sided gaming trunks including billiards, cards, dice, dominoes, and poker alongside heritage traveling trunks like the Alzer, the Coffret Tresor, and Courier Lozine,” states the Maison’s press release.

Perhaps the most engaging element of the new storefront is its interior. The furniture available for purchase, part of LV’s Objets Nomades collection, is chic, modern, and designed by Atelier Oi, Nendo, and Tokujin Yoshioka. The in-store furniture includes notable pieces, like a Dirk van der Kooij Meltingpot Table made of recycled plastic prototypes and color tests, according to the press release. In addition, there are pieces by Christophe Delcourt and Maruni, as well as an artful arrangement of vintage display tables and mirrors.
“The ready-to-wear section features a painting by California-based artist Marcel Rozek, who pours diluted pigment onto raw canvas, creating unexpected color relationships and abstract forms. In the leather goods section, surf culture is highlighted in a work by Peter Dayton, who paints bold stripes onto wooden panels shaped to resemble exaggerated surfboards,” according to the press release.
True to form, this Louis Vuitton location will offer its luxurious guests its signature hot stamping services, so each piece of luggage can be perfectly personalized. There’s even a full fragrance bar, also with custom engraving options, with colognes from LV’s master perfumer, Jacques Cavallier Belletrud.
