In less than a decade, Javier Ceron has created one of Southern California’s most beloved premium cigar brands, smoked by aficionados like Manny Khoshbin and carried at hot spots like The Winery Restaurant & Bar and Bistango. “In 2013, I decided to pursue my dream of developing one of the most exclusive cigar brands in the world,” he says of Ceron Premium Cigars. The result is a line of handrolled products featuring tobacco grown exclusively in the Dominican Republic. When it comes to his personal style, Ceron turns to the pros at Costa Mesa’s B.Spoke Style for his tailored-to-perfection ensembles. “My style icon is Dave Welch,” he reveals of the brand’s founder. Up next, Ceron hopes to blaze a trail in the European and Asian markets.

In three words, I would describe my style as casual, modern and bold.

If I wasn’t in my current career, I would have been a chef in a hotel in France.

My earliest style memory is wearing a five-piece tuxedo on my third birthday.

Salvatore Ferragamo is my favorite shoe designer.

Cologne or after-shave? Cologne

My favorite watch is an Audemars Piguet.

The greatest loves of my life are my two children.

My style philosophy is dress as if it’s the last day of your life, and be prepared for anything.
