Hunger Helpers

Some 400 foodies flocked to Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation in an effort to end childhood hunger—and they did it by eating. The Montage Laguna Beach provided a picturesque setting for the afternoon, which included live music, cocktails and gourmet cuisine prepared by celeb chefs like Michael Voltaggio of L.A.’s ink. and the resort’s own Craig Strong, who helms the kitchen at Studio. Among the menu items: Maine diver sea scallops with fingerlings, and black pepper grilled shrimp with watermelon and arugula salad.
