Grape Gala

| July 10, 2013 | Parties

The Winery Restaurant’s annual Sunday in the Vineyard fundraiser always pours a little something for everyone, and with its expansion to the Marconi Automotive Museum, this year was better than ever. Some 250 oenophiles and auto enthusiasts browsed classic and exotic cars while tasting 80-plus vinos—and Schloss Reinharthausen’s old vine riesling received much notice from sommelier William Lewis. Also on tap: appetizers from Executive Chef Yvon Goetz, and live and silent auctions. It all helped raise $70,000 for the Marconi Foundation for Kids and Working Wardrobes. Cheers!
