Approximately 6,200 hours—that’s the amount of time volunteered over the last six years by the young ladies who made up the 2014 class of the National Charity League’s Laguna chapter. It’s an impressive figure, so it’s no surprise that their family and friends gathered in the ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel to recognize the 23 extraordinary teens. Guests applauded the debutantes (all beautifully bedecked in white gowns) as they made their debuts and took their bows (St. James bows, to be exact)—a tradition earned after tirelessly committing to philanthropies like Laura’s House and Surfrider Foundation.
