Big Brothers Big Sisters of O.C. raised a record-breaking $900,000 for its youth mentorship programs at its 49th annual Gourmet Dinner, and we give credit to the 500-plus guests who filled the Balboa Bay Resort’s ballroom. They indulged in culinary creations, liquor tastings and hand-rolled cigars, and admired an elegant lineup of luxury autos. Also on the table: live and silent auctions with fabulous items, like a trip to Italy. And they helped honor Paul Fruchbom and Allergan for their support of the nonprofit, which helps underserved children.
