An invite-only dinner kicked off a weekend of celebrations leading up to the debut of OCMA’s cutting-edge Richard Jackson exhibit. Held within the walls of the museum, the evening featured a delicious spread from 24 Carrots, and it gave a select group of attendees—the likes of Laurén Chalmers, Jennifer Van Bergh and Anton Segerstrom—the rare opportunity to get into the mind of the top talent himself. The next night: a VIP preview party honoring Jackson, where guests explored the 11 room-scale installations, works that envelop the mind and body with their all-encompassing inventiveness.
