It’s the stuff foodie fantasies are made of: 11 of the region’s top chefs, each creating a fabulous feast tableside for 15 guests, who watched as each artist worked his magic. That’s why the American Liver Foundation’s annual Flavors of Orange County is so popular. On the roster of culinary talents: Bill Bracken of Palm Terrace at the Island Hotel, Casey Overton of The Loft at The Montage Resort and Spa and—of course—Chad Blunston of the Fairmont Newport Beach, the luxe locale for this year’s event. KFWB-AM personality chef Jamie Gwen played hostess. Besides the food, some $65,000 was raised for programs supported by the American Liver Foundation. Now that’s satisfying.
