In honor of the Fendi Couture Autumn/Winter 2022 collection, the Italian luxury fashion house debuted new high jewelry designs.
The collection is full of white and yellow diamonds meant to symbolize a pure expression of light, movement and optimism. These showstopping pieces embody the quintessential Fendi aesthetic in a unique way, making perfect pieces for collectors and consumers alike.

The collection consists of a necklace, a pair of earrings and a cocktail ring, all of which are bedecked with cascading white and yellow diamonds.
The Flavus necklace is a mystifying array of diamonds in white and yellow gold suspended on a double strand of diamond solitaires. The alternating stem lengths on the necklace give the piece a sense of movement and symmetry to catch the eye.
The necklace contains more than 1,000 stones, with a large, yellow, emerald-cut diamond in the center to act as the focal point. This gorgeous diamond is framed by the inverted Fendi monogram in natural yellow diamond baguettes, adding intricacy to an already showstopping necklace.
Artistic Director of Jewelry, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, found inspiration in the relationship between kinetic forms and the human body, represented by the water-like shapes and patterns of the collection. Not only does the necklace mimic this natural scene, the earrings reflect fluid motion and form as well.
Like the necklace, the earrings use the Fendi monogram in yellow diamond baguettes that enclose a yellow, emerald-cut diamond.
The ring in the collection continues upon the theme with a yellow, emerald-cut diamond sitting at the center of a flowing array of white diamonds. The triple band exudes opulence in contrast to the lighthearted feel of the yellow and white jewels.
Remnants of mid-century glamour combine with lively jewel arrangements to create a collection that is both luxurious and joyful.
The high jewelry collection is an ode to Fendi’s Roman heritage, in contrast to the fashion house’s Autumn/Winter 2022 collection which takes a more worldly view.
“This season, I wanted to step away from Rome, or at least I wanted to place Rome in a global context,” says Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear, Kim Jones. “In this collection, we are looking at fragments of different cities, namely Kyoto, Paris and Rome. The fragmentary nature of things is echoed throughout the collection, like snatches of memory or the impression of things past, present and future.”
