Creativity in all forms provided tantalizing eye candy to the enthusiasts who attended Laguna Art Museum’s opening night reception for its trio of exhibits. The town’s own KX 93.5 radio station played the beats; 24 Carrots served the bites; and guests nibbled as they explored the venue and chatted with talents like Tanya AguiƱiga, the artist behind the Sea Change interactive installation. Also on view were ex.pose: beatriz da costa, a project that explores the trials of cancer; and Faux Real, an exhibit offering a whimsical take on reality that left guests laughing—and looking closer at life.
