Easy Being Green

More than 200 sustainably minded foodies made their way to The Ecology Center for its sold-out Green Feast, a farm-to-table dinner created by local chefs using ingredients sourced within 250 miles of the nonprofit. The evening began with hors d’oeuvres and an Eco App Off—won by Cathy McKnight, whose mushroom three ways was a fave among the guests. Then came the main event: a sumptuous spread set amid the scenic grounds. Attendees indulged in four courses from Ryan Adams, Rob Wilson and other lauded culinarians. Each bite filled their hungry bellies—and the news that it all raised $130,000 satisfied their eco-friendly souls. –Photos by Scott Sporleder
