Prepare your pastels, Easter is coming quickly. This year, the holiday falls on Sunday, April 9 and what’s more perfect for spring than a bountiful brunch? We’ve rounded up some of the tastiest Easter brunch specials from Orange County’s most luxurious restaurants. Check back, as we’ll continue to update this list as the holiday approaches.

900 Bayside Drive, Newport Beach / Website
Bring your family and friend to Bayside Restaurant for a special Easter brunch or supper this year. For brunch, served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu featuring bottomless Champagne and culinary highlights like compressed hickory smoked salmon, ‘Bayside’ eggs Benedict, and braised short rib hash. There will also be a three-course menu for kids, that includes alfredo pasta, crispy chicken, or grilled salmon paired with veggies and mashed potatoes. For supper, available at 5 p.m., there will also be a three-course prix fixe menu, with highlights like oven-roasted chicken breast, prime rib, and American Kurobuta pork chop. Choose Italian cuisine this Easter with Bruno’s three-course Easter spread. Guests can choose their appetizers, entrees and desserts. Enjoy a lavish three-course Easter brunch along the Laguna Beach coastline this year at Las Brisas, available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The family-friendly event will feature a special two-course kids’ menu, while the full menu will feature highlights like smoked salmon tostadas, crab omelets, lamb chops, lobster Benedict, prime rib, French toast and tres leches cake, among others. There’s the option to add on bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys for $17 per person. The kids’ menu will be priced at $25 per person, while the three-course menu is priced at $95 per person.
