Polina Chebotareva
An avid philanthropist, this Russian beauty has a knack for building business.

For Polina Chebotareva, beauty starts with what you fuel your body with. “I am immersed in the world of better-for-you food and beverages, as [my company] seeks to revolutionize the food system with healthier, cleaner ingredients and products,” says the Newport Coast dweller, who’s the co-founder and managing partner of Cambridge Companies SPG. “I feel honored to work with such innovative brands as Foodstirs, Once Upon a Farm, Tosi, Powerful Yogurt, Nona Lim and more.” And when she’s not adding to her impressive résumé—she was previously the executive vice president of a real estate firm, managing upward of $350 million in transactions—she’s giving back as an underwriter for the Harvesters Food Bank and as an advocate for the Orange County Museum of Art and JDRF. Here, the powerhouse spills her get-gorgeous go-tos.

Dr. Sanjay Grover
This busy doctor prioritizes family time and home workouts to keep himself in top form.

In between making O.C. more beautiful as owner of The Center for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Med Spa and spending time with his wife, Nina, and three children (a 16-year-old daughter and 10-year-old twin boys), Dr. Sanjay Grover doesn’t have a lot of time to himself. A former board of trustees member for The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery who’s repeatedly recognized as one of the area’s top doctors, Dr. Grover has learned the art of streamlining when it comes to maintaining his good looks. “It’s important that I stay fit, as my job can be very physically demanding,” says Dr. Grover. Here, his playbook.

1 “I use Zo Skin Health’s Ossential Growth Factor Serum Plus to help my skin maintain a youthful appearance.” $148, The Center for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Med Spa

2 “L’Homme Prada Eau de Toilette has a nice scent without being aggressive or overpowering.” $98, Neiman Marcus, Fashion Island

3 “I feel like if I have a good hitting session playing tennis, it’s a better workout than a spin class because I’m using every muscle in my body. The racquet I use is the Babolat Aero G Pro.” $149, DICK’S Sporting Goods

4 “The Apple AirPods are fantastic. I can run, ride a bike and play tennis with them. I listen to Pop Rocks on Sirius because they play artists like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Goo-Goo Dolls and Train.” $159, apple.‌com

5 “I love going to SoulCycle, but it’s difficult to get there at times. Because of this, I bought a Peloton bike so that I can do spin classes on demand in my home gym.” $1,995, onepeloton.com

A graduate of Cal State University Northridge, Mecklenburg picked herself up and parlayed her love of fashion into a burgeoning business. Now married to a loving husband and with two more beautiful children, the Laguna Niguel trailblazer spends her days sourcing custom apparel and curating the closets of some of O.C.’s top business moguls through Wardrobe Transformation. “When you feel and look great, you become unstoppable!” says the entrepreneur, who’s currently preparing to launch her own contemporary women’s brand, Izabella + Eve. “I believe every person on this earth was meant to shine their light. Sanjiv Gupta
Working near Fashion Island is ideal for this dapper restaurateur who knows his way around fine suits.

As operating partner of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at Fashion Island since July 2017, Sanjiv Gupta puts in long days. Always on his feet, he knows the importance of keeping them in great shape: He loves a good Cole Haan shoe and also treats himself to pedicures with his girlfriend at Nailtique & Spa Co in Irvine. Born in Brussels to a Belgian mother and Indian father, he attended boarding school in England, where he learned the art of dressing up every day. You’ll always find him in a classy suit and tie at Fleming’s, located near many of his favorite brands, such as Hugo Boss, Bloomingdale’s Private Label and more. Here’s how he maintains that sleek appearance day in and day out.
