Blast From the Past

| April 8, 2014 | Parties National

A sold-out crowd relived high school prom during the Anaheim Ducks’ throwback casino event benefiting Orangewood Children’s Foundation—and from the setting (Servite High School) to the attire (players were outfitted in light gray tuxes, ruffled shirts and black bow ties), no detail was overlooked. Spiked punch and homemade Pop-Tarts were on the menu, and unforgettable ’80s music came courtesy of Neon Nation. And in true Vegas style, the evening featured games such as blackjack and roulette with team members rotating as dealers. To top it all off: Guests crowned the Ducks’ Corey Perry and Kimberly Kirksey prom king and queen before the last dance of the night. –Photos by Ann Chatillon
