Congratulations on five exciting years of Bourbon Steak in Orange County. What does this milestone mean to you?
Thank you! Reaching this milestone is a significant achievement, especially considering the events of the past few years. I’m incredibly proud of what the team here has accomplished, and this anniversary validates the hard work, dedication and passion that the team puts into creating memorable dining experiences night after night for all of our guests.

If you had to order off the Bourbon Steak menu, what would be on your table?
I’d start with the cast-iron broiled hot shellfish platter. Then, I’d have the wagyu rib cap as my entree with a side of charred cauliflower. To finish, our warmed spice beignets.
What's next?
The team has been working hard at MINA Group! In February, we opened a new Italian concept in Charleston, S.C., called Sorelle which has been hugely popular ever since we opened, and we’ve got some exciting new projects in the works that we’ve not yet announced yet. Stay tuned, it’s going to be a busy year for MINA Group.
