It’s all in the family at Trabuco Canyon’s Moon Goat Farms, where this chic farmer offers a subscription-only service of home deliveries of fresh fruits, vegetables, grass-fed beef, eggs, flowers and cakes. Up next: a brick-and-mortar store. moongoatfarms.com
In the morning, I wake early, around 3am, grab a cup of coffee and go see the animals. I always start my day by saying good morning to them. I head to the garden to check on the seeds we’re germinating and inspect our sprouts and plants for bugs and pH levels, as we don’t use chemicals.
When it comes to working out, I love to do yoga with my goat, Randy Morsels. I struggle with clearing my mind, but when I am with animals, it makes my soul smile. Goats are so curious, and when they come and nibble on your ear or jump on your back, you can’t help but laugh.
My go-to superfood is cape gooseberries.
The wellness guru I can’t live without is Lee Tilghman (leefromamerica.com).
