Chill! We know it's hot outside, so cool it down with one of these tasty concoctions from five of our favorite O.C. restaurants.
Mastro's Solrita

1. Ironwood’s Baby Blues
It’s a perfect summertime treat, with vodka, orange liqueur, a hint of fresh lemon, blueberries and cucumber—refreshing, not too sweet, and ever so easy to sip and savor.

2. Mastro’s Restaurants’ Solrita
It’s a sweeter, sophisticated spin on the traditional margarita, made with Azunia Platinum Tequila, Solerno Blood Orange Liqeuer and fresh lime—and finished with a salt rim and orange zest, but of course.

3. Ola Mexican Kitchen’s Punta Negra Margarita
The freshly muddled blackberries and tiny bits of jalapeno make this sip sing with zing. And with the Peligroso Silver Tequila, splash of sweet and sour, and hint of pineapple juice, it’s like vacation in a glass.

4. The Ritz Prime Seafood’s Whiskey Cobbler
This cleverly named drink offers a sublime balance, with Buffalo Trace Bourbon packing a punch that’s tempered by the sweet and tangy tastes of strawberry, blueberry and lemon, and finished with a hint of mint.

5. Vaca’s Gossamer
Any cocktail with saffron has got to be a winner, and this liquid delight doesn’t disappoint. Rittenhouse Whiskey mixes with the coveted spice, a bit of mint and grapefruit oils to prepare the palate for the feast that awaits you.
