A peek at the Malibu location of Malibu Farm, which will head to Lido Marina Village this summer

Lido Marina Village continues to up its dining profile, and the addition of Malibu Farm is a welcome one. Its original location in Malibu offers diners the chance to partake in chef Helene Henderson’s glorious communal dinners on a waterfront 2-acre hillside farm. Since then, she’s expanded to include sister seaside outposts in Lanai, Hawaii and Miami. “We are thrilled to be opening in such a spectacular waterfront location,” she says of the summer debut at Lido. In addition to its beloved farm-fresh fare, the Newport Beach location will house the brand’s first ice cream shop, where organic and vegan frozen treats will be on offer. Don’t miss the next-door boutique and marketplace stocked with cooking, home and lifestyle products.

South Coast Plaza is on a restaurant streak. Japanese concept Marugame Udon, Amar Santana’s The Hall and French eatery Knife Pleat are all headed to the beloved shopping center through early 2019, but it’s chef Ross Pangilinan’s second dining destination arriving in September that truly has our taste buds singing. A riff on the award-winning Mix Mix Kitchen Bar, TERRACE by Mix Mix will serve up globally inspired small plates marked by French, Italian and Filipino flavors. Sip varietals by the glass as you take in the open-air kitchen in an exquisitely designed space off of the Bridge of Gardens.
